Rosemary Collins Richards

Rosemary Collins Richards, 58, of Clintonville passed away Sunday Feb. 5, 2012 at the Greenbrier Manor in Fairlea. Born October 18, 1953 at Orlando, Florida she was the daughter of Clyde and Wauldean Sullivan Collins. Rosemary is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Richards; daughters, Amelia Badgley, Ariel Collins, and Emily Richards; son, Shane Smoot; her parents, Clyde and Wauldean Collins; sisters, Kay Bennington, Patrice Leggett, Janet Collins, and Janice Collins; brothers, David Sullivan, Michael Collins, and Peter Collins; her lifelong best friend, Patsy Pratt; and her three grandchildren, Victoria Perkins, Faryn Badgley, and Cain Smoot.
