Rubie Gail Gibbs

Rubie Gail Gibbs, 82, of Frankford passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013 at her home. Born April 25, 1930 at Spring Creek, she was the daughter of the late C. Burtner and Eva Ruth Hanna Gibbs. Rubie Gail worked as a secretary for many years for Ronceverte National Bank, One Valley Bank, and retired from BB&T. She was a member of Frankford United Methodist Church and a member of the Church Circle. Survivors include a special cousin, Ruth Simmons with whom she lived and numerous other cousins and friends. She was known by many and loved by all. Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg With Pastor Phil Hickman officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Cemetery in Lewisburg.
