Russel Dean Lemons, 50 passed away July 13, 2021. Born March 17, 1971, he was the son of Thomas E. Lemons Jr and Janet L. Shisler. Including his parents, he is survived by a son, Korey Lemons and a brother, Shawn Lemons. A celebration of his life will be later. Arrangements by Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg, WV.
