Russell Lee Simmons

Russell Lee Simmons, 48, of Fairlea, passed away early Thursday morning March 28, 2013 following a short illness. He was born November 14, 1964 in Havre de Grace, Maryland. He had lived most of his life in Maryland. He moved to Fairlea in 2007. He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Humphries of Fairlea; his father, Carl Simmons of Maryland; wife, Eva Simmons of Maryland; his step-father, Ralph Humphries of Fairlea; two uncles, Frank Hammons of Iowa and Timothy Hammons of Fairlea; and two aunts, Linda Hammons of Fairlea, and Pam Stalls of Virginia. There will be no service or viewing at this time. The family will have a private service later in April. Any flowers will be donated to the nursing homes.
