Ruth Ann Harper

LEWISBURG, WV – Ruth Ann Harper, 58, of Lewisburg, WV passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at the White Sulphur Springs Center.  Born January 11, 1961 at Ronceverte, WV she was the daughter of the late David Ralph Harper and Leona Hildebrand.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandparents and a brother, Charles Walter Harper.  Survivors include her stepmother and guardian, Alma Harper of Clintonville, WV, brother, Thomas Harper Sr. (Sherri) of Alderson, WV, half-sister, Vickie Holley of South Carolina, several nieces, nephews and a special friend, Bill. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV with Pastor Gary Baker officiating.  Burial will follow in the Greenbrier Memorial Gardens, Lewisburg, WV.  Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until time of the service, Tuesday at the funeral home.  Online guestbook can be signed at www.morganfh.net.  Arrangements by Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg, WV.
