Saniford "Simon" Ray Davis Jr.

LEWISBURG, WV – Saniford Ray “Simon” Davis Jr., 57, of Muddy Creek Mountain, passed away, Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Charleston Area Medical Center – Memorial. Born December 31, 1959 at Ronceverte, WV he was the son of Iona Sheppard Davis of Lewisburg, WV and the late Saniford Ray Davis Sr. Simon was a Pipefitter by trade. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother, Christopher Jake Davis. Including his mother, survivors are two sons, Dustin Davis of Richmond, VA and Logan Davis of Eagle Rock, VA, daughters, Bambi Brooks and husband Tommy of White Sulphur Springs, WV and Nichole Davis of Fairlea, WV, brother, Hassel Jackson of Lewisburg, WV, two sisters, Ina Mae Quick of Lewisburg, WV and Christy Vaughan and husband Junior of White Sulphur Springs, WV, grandchildren, Megan Brooks, Thomas Brooks Jr., Carson Kaptis, Willow Davis and Daisy Soderstrom.   It was Simon’s wish to be cremated.
