Scottie Ray Lowe

RUPERT, WV – Scottie Ray Lowe, 58 of Rupert, WV passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.  Born June 29, 1963, in Lewisburg, WV he was the son of the late Joseph Luther and Rachel Christian Lowe.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Deborah Stanley, and Cindy Wykle.  Survivors include two sons, Joseph Lowe (Alyssa) of Rupert, WV, and James Lowe (Estela) of Raleigh, NC, daughter, Savannah Harrison of Newport, VA, brother, Kenneth Lowe (Teresa) of White Sulphur Springs, WV, sister, Lahoma Oney (Steve) of Frankford, WV, twelve grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
