Stuart Marshall Bashlor

Stuart Bashlor, 74, of Caldwell passed away Thursday January 28, 2016 at the Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Fairlea. Born August 13, 1941 at Waynesboro, VA he was the son of the late Zenus and Myrtle Harrison Bashlor. In addition to his parents, Stuart was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Wood Bashlor. Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Alfred Bashlor and wife, Denise of Big Island, VA, Wesley Bashlor and wife, Shannon of Lewisburg, and Ted Bashlor and wife, Lori of Roanoke, VA; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Robert "Bobby" Bashlor and wife, Nancy of Fishersville, VA; sisters, Patsy Buckles and husband, Lonnie of Indiana, and Cheri Floyd of Staunton, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday January 30, 2016 at the Lewisburg Community Pentecostal Holiness Church on Brush Road with Rev. Edward Wood Jr. and Rev. Everette "Hat" Defibaugh officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenbrier Memorial Gardens at Lewisburg. Friends may call from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM prior to the service at the church.
