Susie Jones

Ronceverte, WV – Violet Ilean “Susie” Jones, 77 of Ronceverte, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Saturday, January 26, 2019.  Born August 14, 1941 at Glace, WV she was the daughter of the late Abraham Lincoln Jones and Ruthie Ellen Bostic Jones.  Susie was a homemaker.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Hanna Jones.  Survivors include four children, Steve Jones (Michelle) and Stanley Jones (April) all of Organ Cave, WV, Sharon Jones and Susan Griffith both of Ronceverte, WV, former son in law, Roger Griffith of Lewisburg, WV, grandchildren, Karys and Kellen Jones, Alexandria and Katelynn Jones, Caleb and Aaron Griffith, brother, Jackie Jones (Sue) of Gap Mills, WV, sisters, Margaret Fury of Ronceverte, WV and Wilma Feury (Charles) of White Sulphur Springs, WV, several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at the Ronceverte Baptist Church with Pastor Andy Howdock and Pastor Don Trent officiating.  Burial will follow in the Salem Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Organ Cave, WV.  Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of the service, Tuesday at the church.  Online guestbook can be signed at www.morganfh.net.  Arrangements by Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg, WV.
