White Sulphur Springs - With profound sadness and deep love, we announce the passing of Teresa K. Mullens, who left this world peacefully on April 17th, 2025, at the age of 59. A devoted wife, loving mother, cherished friend, and dedicated dog mom, Teresa touched the lives of all who knew her with her gentle spirit, creative soul, and unwavering dedication to her family.
Born on June 29th, 1965, at Greenbrier Valley, Teresa was the beloved daughter of the late William “Paul” Steele Sr. and Eula G. Hefner Steele. Whether behind the lens of her camera capturing the quiet beauty of everyday life or in her garden tending to her flowers/vegetables with patience and joy.
Teresa shared 41 beautiful years of marriage with her devoted husband, Johnny Mullens. Together, they built a home rooted in love, laughter, and unwavering commitment. She was a proud and nurturing mother to her daughter Natasha Boggs (Eric) and her son John Mullens (Emilee), and grandchildren, Tanner and Leah Boggs. Sisters Carolyn Boggs (David) of Gap Mills, Darlene Fogus (Kenny) of WSS, and Jeannie Tincher (Late Wayne) of NC. She also loved and cherished many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Teresa was also a proud and loving pet parent to her cherished dog, Dollie, who remained by her side through life’s ups and downs. Dollie brought Teresa comfort, companionship, and unconditional love, and was truly a member of the family.
Funeral Services will be 12:00pm on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, Lewisburg, WV with Rev. Ike Hughes officiating. Burial will follow the service in Henning Church of God Cemetery, Frankford, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, Wednesday.
