HILLSBORO, WV – Thomas Edward Powell, 64 of Hillsboro, WV passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, Ronceverte, WV. Born May 21, 1957, in Marlinton, WV he was the son of the late Leonard and Mabel Cutlip Powell. Survivors include his loving companion of twenty-seven years, Connie Jean Clevenger, sons, Thomas Edward Powell Jr. (Amber) of Elkins, WV, Matthew Alan Powell and Jason Raleigh Powell of Hillsboro, WV and daughter, Amber Dawn Powell of Gap Mills, WV, one stepgrandchild, Asa Cohen Streets of Elkins, WV.
