Tina Kay Horan

DEALE, MD – Tina Kay Horan, 59 of Deale, MD formerly of Frankford, WV passed away Thursday, July 6, 2023, at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Born April 12, 1964, in Frankford, WV she was the daughter of Janis Kay Hanna Brown and the late Edsel Carl “Sonny” Brown. Tina worked as a Data Analyst for the US Government. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Darryl Horan, brother, Ricky Carl Brown, and a sister, Vickie Gay Maun-Mininger.

Including her mother, survivors are four sisters, Virginia Gail Alexander (Perry) of Spotsylvania, VA, Valerie Ann Franklin (Eugene) of Stafford, VA, April Rossi (Paul) of Fredericksburg, VA and Cheryl Brown of Lorton, VA, several nieces, and nephews.

Graveside service will be 1:00 PM, Monday, July 10, 2023, at the Morningside Cemetery, Renick, WV.
