Tina Dawn Canterbury Tuckwiller

ASBURY, WV – Tina Dawn Canterbury Tuckwiller, 53 of Asbury, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, March 10, 2023, following a courageous battle with ALS. Born December 7, 1969, in Ronceverte, WV she was the daughter of Bob and Carolyn Neely Canterbury. Tina was a lifelong member of the Sinks Grove Baptist Church where she played the piano and was very active in all church activities.  She had worked in as an administrative secretary in the forestry industry. Tina loved cooking, baking and spending time with her kids in the show arena and the pig barn at home. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Robert and Virginia Neely and paternal grandparents, Ralph and Pauline Canterbury, father in law, James Robert Tuckwiller and sister in law, Terry Lynn Tuckwiller.

Including her parents she is survived by her loving husband, Gary Dean Tuckwiller, children, Brandon and Brianna Tuckwiller, stepdaughter, Kayla Tuckwiller, brother Doug Canterbury (Debbie) of Lewisburg, WV, sister, Paula Hines (Michael) of Lindside, WV, grandchildren, Lacy, Jagar and Kimber, special friend, Jan Long, mother in law, Nellie Tuckwiller, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2:30, Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, Lewisburg, WV with Pastor Vince Deeds and Pastor Roger “Wahoo” McDaniel officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, March 13, 2023, at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at the Sinks Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for donations to be to the Tina Tuckwiller Memorial Award Fund and can be dropped off or mailed to any Bank of Monroe location.
