FRANKFORD, WV – Guy Walter “Tom” Livesay, Sr., 86 of Frankford, WV passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the Peyton Hospice House. Born July 15, 1933 at Frankford, WV he was the son of the late James Guy and Grace Burgess Livesay. Tom was a graduate of Frankford High School and was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved football. He was a U.S. Army, Korean War Veteran. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife of fifty-nine years, Martha Virginia Harrison Livesay in 2015, brother, Keith Livesay, sister, Mildred King and brother in law, Oscar King. Survivors include three children, Guy Walter Livesay Jr. (Robin) of Williamston, NC, Judy Poage (Andrew) and Libby Hanna (Dennis) all of Frankford, WV, grandchildren, Derrick Poage (Kayla), Chad Poage (Jenny), James Livesay (Candie), Courtney Gotch (Ben), Sarah Kidd (Joel), Julie Hanna, Luke Agee (Erica) and Isaiah Hanna (Ashley), eighteen great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service for Mr. and Mrs. Livesay will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV with Pastor Emory Hanna and Luke Agee officiating. Burial with Military Rites will follow in the Frankford Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of service, Tuesday at the funeral home.
