Venetta Ruth Wright

LEWISBURG, WV – Venetta Ruth Wright, 86 of Lewisburg, WV passed away Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Seneca Trail Healthcare Center. Born January 13, 1938, in Frankford, WV, she was the daughter of the late William Carl and Hallie Seldomridge Whitt.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald David Wright Sr and two sisters, Edith Bostic, and Genevieve Seldomridge.

Survivors include a son, Donald Wright Jr. (Darlene), daughter, Rebecca Foti (Phillip), sisters, Dorothy Obrien and Rosalie Withrow, grandchildren, Krishna Webb, Terrence Wright, Andrew Kraemer and Katherine Gibson, great grandson, Joshua Gibson, several nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of Venetta’s life will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the Clifton Presbyterian Church, Maxwelton, WV with Pastor Stephen Baldwin officiating.
