Victor Lee Belcher Jr.

Victor Lee Belcher, Jr., of Caldwell, WV, died Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at Beckley ARH Hospital as a result of heart failure. Victor was born in Ronceverte, WV, on November 13, 1955, to Victor Lee Belcher, Sr., and Beulah Mae Hefner Belcher. Victor graduated from Greenbrier East High School. In addition to his love of music, he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his father and friends and sharing his stories with everyone. He is survived by his Mother, Beulah Mae Hefner Belcher of Fairlea, WV, his sister Patricia Ann Belcher Deitz and brother-in-law Jack Deitz of Pasadena, MD, his nephew, Justin Deitz, of Abingdon, MD, and his niece, Elizabeth Deitz, of Philadelphia, PA.
