RONCEVERTE, WV – Wallace Lee Wilson, 86 of Ronceverte, WV passed away Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Meadow Garden, Rainelle, WV. Born August 9, 1932 at Fort Spring, WV he was the son of the late Clell Wilson and Bessie Burns Bland. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by daughters, Cynthia Lee “Chip” McMillion and Julie Larell Duboise and brother, Alta Wilson. Wallace was a U.S. Army, Korean War Veteran. He was a member of the Church of Incarnation at Ronceverte a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the WV Farm Bureau. Survivors are his grandson who lived with and cared for him, Chad Wilson and wife Amanda and their children, Cynthia Caprice and Niya, daughters, Deborah Pyne (Joseph) of Florida, Melinda “Wendy” Wilson of Lewisburg, WV, step daughter, Kay Taylor (Dennis) of Union, WV, brothers, James Wilson (Judy) of Independence, VA, Howard Wilson and Forest Wilson both of Ronceverte, WV, sisters, Shirley Bland of Ronceverte, WV, JoAnne Bostic (Roger) of White Sulphur Springs, WV, Carol Hager (Bobby) of Ronceverte, WV, Virginia Dunbar of Lewisburg, WV and Thelma Dunbar (Alfris) Of Sinks Grove, WV, grandchildren, Lola Pyne, Terra Lynn (James) Walker, Jonathan Register, Kennedy Wilson, Zachary Taylor, Zebulon Taylor, Preston Rucker III and Shavonnah Rucker, great grandchildren, Rilya Rucker, Julianna Taylor, Alaina Taylor, Gavin Taylor, Preston Rucker IV, Kane Taylor, Taylor Walker and Cody Walker, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 12:00 Noon, Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV. Burial will follow in the Greenbrier Memorial Gardens, Lewisburg, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Thursday at the funeral home.
