Wayne "Woo" Quick

LEWISBURG, WV – Kenneth Wayne “Woo” Quick, 77 of Lewisburg, WV passed away Friday, January 1, 2021 at the Peyton Hospice House, Lewisburg, WV. Born October 6, 1943 in Low Moor, VA he was the son of the late Ray Garfield and Marguerite Dennis Dyche Quick. Woo was retired from Greenbrier Valley Medical Center as Assistant Materials Manager. He loved bowling, fishing, and golfing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Pete Quick. Survivors include his loving wife of twenty-five years, Brenda Darlene Foley Quick, son, Michael Quick (Gretchen) of Morgantown, WV, daughter, Angie Thomas of Clintonville, WV, stepson, Bryan Humphreys of Lewisburg, WV, grandchildren, Whitney Quick, Brittany Shaffer, Josh Quick and Jake Spencer, step grandchildren, Breann Humphreys and Collin Lovelace, niece, Tammy Quick, nephew, Scott Quick and a very special friend Lee Scruggs. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV with Pastor Hat Defibaugh officiating. Burial will follow in the Rosewood Cemetery, Lewisburg, WV. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, January 4, 2021 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Peyton Hospice House – 1265 Maplewood Avenue, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
