William Ellis "Bill" Hughes

William Ellis Hughes, 67, of Caldwell, passed away at UVA Medical Center on Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Born January 30, 1947 in Ronceverte, he was the son of the late Early Ellis Hughes and Aretta Lena Estep Hughes. He was retired from MeadWestvaco He is survived by his wife, Rose Marie Fisher Hughes; two sons, Charles Ellis Hughes and Rhonda of Caldwell, and Daniel Allen Hughes and Melissa Ann of Martinsburg, WV; grandchildren, Kimberly Denise Leatherman of White Sulphur Springs, Krystal Ann Hughes and Colby Joseph Hughes, both of Caldwell; sister, Jeanette Brightbill and Jim of NY. Services will be 3:00 PM Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg, with Pastor Jonathan Comer officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Cemetery in Lewisburg.
