William Joseph Flack

William J. "Billy Joe" Flack, 72, of Frankford passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015. He was born February 1, 1943 in Maxwelton to the late Raymond L. and Alvie Byers Flack and in addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Eldora Flack on December 5, 2009. He was a graduate of Frankford High School, a retired surveyor engineer and a member of the Henning Church of God. Those left to cherish his memory include three children, Teresa Keeney and husband, Greg of Frankford, Andrea J. Flack of Ashburn, VA and Jason Flack and fianc, Raina Pannee of Lexington, VA; four grandchildren, Brandon, Zachary and Jeremey Keeney and Jakob Flack; two great grandsons; one sister, Joyce Hanna and husband, Buford of Lynchburg, VA; one brother Steve Flack and wife, Mary Ellen of Boone's Mill, VA; many nieces and nephews and his beloved dog and companion, Jack Flack. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Henning Church of God in Frankford with Pastor Robert Hefner officiating. Burial will follow in Henning Church Cemetery.
