Zackary Evan Dillon

Zackary Evan Dillon, 29, of Frankford was born on August 18, 1988 to Robin Elaine Dillon, and passed away on Aug 21, 2017 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Zack had a passion for the outdoors, loved to hunt, fish and camp. He loved animals and was connected to nature and wanted to instill this in his children. Many summers since childhood were spent at Blue Bend, it was one of his happiest places. He was a talented artist, who loved to see how much his drawings were admired. He lived for his workouts and weight lifting. Intelligent beyond compare , loved to make you laugh. Discovered his love for reading from an early age. But most importantly, he was a loving father and cherished his children more than anything in the world. Even though he had a troubled soul, he had one of the largest hearts. He will be deeply missed. He was preceded in death by his mother, Robin Dillon, his grandfather Dallas Dillon, his great-uncle, Nathan “Tubby” Loudermilk, and father-in-law Arthur May. Survivors include his children, Katie, Brooklyn and Lucas Dillon, fiancé, Sondra May, step-children, Ashtyn &Joshua Stevens, sister, Shauna Loudermilk Crowe & husband Charlie Long of Frankford, WV, grandparents Wallace & Beulah Loudermilk, Shorty Clevenger, who was like a father to him for many years, his step-mother, Kim Dillon and step-siblings, Amanda & Wayne Dillon, Mother-in-law Donna May, brother-in-law Alex May, sisters-in-law Tina & Lorena May, Aunts Diana Greene and Judith Loudermilk, Uncle Jeff Loudermilk, Cousins Dareth & Danielle Greene, Rebekah Walker, Pam Yates, Alexix Gebron, Jade Yates, Scarlette Clarkson & Legend Huffman, Nieces and nephews Flint Crowe, Jack Ortega-Greene, Evelyn, Michael & Virginia Hanna, Peirson & Preston May, Ryan &Andrew May, Cali &Lily May, Allison & Conway Cox and Clara & Lillian Long & the mother of Katie, Jennifer Ambrose. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 25, 2017 at 5:30 pm at Morgan Funeral Home, 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg after which a reception will be served by the Woodland Community Church and Enon Baptist Church.
